Miyachi Unitek seam seal systems can be used as stand alone units or as part of an automated production system. An optional part carrier and carrier magazine handler can be provided with the ability to handle industry standard Auer Boat magazine carriers. This option, for processing Auer Boat format carriers, greatly reduces operator handling thus improving productivity and quality.

Seam seal systems feature an easy to use Windows based operator interface. This interface has the capability to store process parameters for each part so the hermetic sealing parameters can be easily recalled when producing a new batch of components.

Hermetic sealing systems can also be provided with the capability to automatically pick and place lids using an automated vision system. Lids can be picked from lid magazine feeders, vibratory bowls, or a lid pallet.

For low volume applications with manual lid placement, an optional camera and monitor system can be added to the hermetic sealing system. This allows for more accurate manual placement of lids.
